That I had a bed and my own bathroom |
That when I asked for the taxi, I had to pay € 15 in advance as a provision for the receptionist, and then got a taxi, which seemed not to be an official taxi (no sign on it). The taxi driver did not know, where he was going, he had to turn in an other direction, because he took a wrong turn and then did not take me to the address I wanted to but dropped me somewhere on the way. The total fare was € 60 and I truly thought it a rip off of the girl at the hotel's reception that she took € 15 or 25 per cent for her own pocket. |
| Such a behavior is very unsatisfying, I will not stay in the hotel again |

La proximité avec la gare. |
on m' a fait changer d'hotel le soir à 22H après notre arrivée, car l'hotel avait "cédé" la chambre réservée, a une cliente habituelle de l'établissement.La chambre dans l hotel de "remplacement ne correspondait pas à nnotre réservation initiale,qui avait été effectué 4 mois auparavant et reconfirmé la semaine précédant notre arrivée. De plus 3 eme étage et ascenseur en panne!! |
| Je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement, malgré(après réclamation)un petit déjeuner offert par l'hotel. On n' oublie pas un client pour en privilégier un autre qui s'y prend au dernier moment. Dans ce cas les réservations sont inutiles. |

la disposition dans la chambre et sa taille,
la salle de bain neuve! |
la moquette était particulièrement sale, ainsi que les murs. la propreté est à revoir.

Cleanliness and quietness are very good. Personal is very helpful. The situation of hotel is very good, tram and train station are near, also the shops and the beach. |
Covers and curtains are old and partly broken and we had difficulties to take a dusch, because the doors of the shower cabin are so narrow (the situation in most rooms is better). The rooms with balkony are nice in summer time. |
| This was a second time, we visited St Gotthard, so we think the price and quality are correct.

| au 2 ème étage chambres assez correctes
au 4ème étage par contre pas top du tout! assez vétuste,rideaux déchirés,applique lumière arrachée,odeur de moisi...très limite!
