Allowing us 3hours late checkout |
Ocean view window covered with tarp for restoration. Carpet dirty. Workers just outside our curtains doing restoration. Bathroom smelled. |
| Location good, but had really been looking forward to our one splurge hotel of the trip with the view of the Mediterranean. No advance notice that renovations were being made and we would be walking down dusty halls to the sound of electric tools. The last day we were moved to a view room, but the room smelled. |

Une chambre à 89 € entièrement rénovée, très spacieuse, avec terrasse et vue sur la mer...!!! |

Room size and closet size was excellent. The balcony and view was lovely. The room safe was also nice and large. |
The breakfast wasn't very good. The croissants and pain au chocolat was substandard for France, a big disappointment for tourists. Some fruits were not fresh fruits, they seemed canned. Perhaps less selection but higher quality would be better.
A box of mouchoirs in the chambre would be a nice amenity. |

The welcome tray of fruit was a welcome treat after a long day of driving. |
It would have been nice to have a place for the towel close to the shower. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Having a terrace facing the sea made the room better than it would have been without it. |
The bathroom was poorly planned out. There was a need for counter space around the sink. There was no place to put the soap or shampoo inside the shower. THERE WERE NO TISSUES. The toilet paper was thin and cheap. So were the towels some of which were ragged! |
| My sister and I were very disappointed in the lack of amenities in the bathroom and the awful towels.
The sheets were not changed in the whole week we spent there! For the price charged, you need to improve quality. |

Being near the Mediterranean Sea and close to many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. |
The street outside was noisy. The description "city view" for our room was misleading as the view was of an unpleasant roof area. The breakfast buffet was not replenished--if you didn't arrive early, there wasn't much left to eat. Both times the hotel called a taxi for us, we were cheated by the taxi driver. |
| We tried to help the maid by not requiring room service the first day. We were then surprised when no toilet tissue was left the second day when the maid did come. I think this hotel has staffing problems. |
