location, breakfast and parking (although parking was difficult at first) Staff were very friendly.

WI-Fi did not work.

The entranceway was not inviting. The buildings architecture is beautiful and it could be enhanced with some paint.

We appreciated the incredible help that your amazing representative gave to us on Sunday, May 1st when our auto broke down right by the hotel. She handled everything on the telephone with Hertz and with the mechanic when he arrived.

The lovely woman who was working at 14:00 when we arrived is just like a Saint. She was the best person we met in France! We will return to your hotel and tell everybody in Seattle to go to your lovely village and beautiful hotel.
