The helpful service we got from the owner and his wife.The hotel was enjoyable because it was not like staying in a hotel owned by a big group which tend to have no character.

The railway line was a bit close and at night we had to close the windows because of the noise and sleep with the air-conditioning on.

We would stay there again and we enjoyed breakfast in the garden.

La proximité des plages et du centre ville La climatisation

La voix ferré a 50m et là comme c'est bizarre ce n'étais pas noté donc vu sur le train puis la mer!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly owners. Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Very short walk to sea front.

Expensive for what it was. Also very expensive breakfast at 12 Euros. The hotel has a rather old-fashioned, rustic feel about it, which seems a bit out of place in Juan les Pins. Sea view advertised, but actually it is a view of the railway line, with the main road and sea beyond it.

We had a great few days' holiday and didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, especially as the weather was so good.

Un hôtel plein de charme !

Accueil très serviable et chaleureux, comme dans une chambre d'hôtes. Décoration raffinée et élégante, jusque dans le jardin arboré de bonsaïs. Chambres confortables et très propres. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Proximité de la mer.
