The swimming pool was nice for the kids. When we ate at the restaurant, they gave us a family discount. Lots of parking spaces. The hotel entrance looks very nice. Free shuttle bus service to Disneyland was excellent! Personell was very helpful! |
The interior of the hotel, (rooms, beds and restaurant) is really outdated (wallpaper on the toilet walls? not very hygienic I think). It really needs to be changed to today´s standards. |

Although your website announced the possibility to park my car in the garage the lady receptionist refused to let me in. After I made clear that I booked the room under this condition weeks before she talked to the management who was even than not prepared to give permission. I threatend to look for an another place to stay. Meanwhile my reservation was found with the written information tthat I would like to make use of the garage. Since no one did inform me that this was for one or other reason not possible I once again urged her to convince her management. Finally my request was granted. The garage was completely empty and until now I do not onderstand why admittance was denied. |
| That particular evening you hosted a marriage with wedding party. We had room 261 which was apparantly located just above the party room as a result of which it was impossible to get to sleep. The terrible disco beat lasted until 4.30 hours in the morning. At 2 o'clock I phoned your receptionist but the noise did not decrease neither we had been offered another room. If you take into account that I had tot drive another 600 KM the next day you may understand that my wife and myself were fairly upset.
I also would like to emphasize that in room 261 the hotelinformation was extremely poor. Strange enough it was announced in that one document as well as on your internetpage that a pet (dog) was offered a meal in change for the additional E 10,-- which you charge for pets. Your receptionist who took care of the billing was not at all aware of that particular service...... |

La suite très propre, nos trois nuits se sont très bien passé.
Un bon accueil, le personnel très poli à n'importe quel moment de la journée. |
Ne pas être au courant qu'il fallait réserver la navette à l'avance pour eurodisney.
Donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, dommage! |
