Quality of furnishings and fittings, tasteful decoration and cleanliness.

Things which did not work: (1) the hot water tap in bath; (2) the plug in the sink; and (3) the shower bracket. These faults were reported at start of stay but no action was taken. Also, the car parking was a distance of 900 metres[!] from the hotel apartments.

Our two night stay was not cheap and it was very disappointing not to be able to use the bath and to have trouble with the other bathroom appliances. It was also extremely inconvenient to have to park 900 metres away from the hotel. Apologies were offered by the hotel staff but I was still charged the full bill.
