I did not appreciate arriving at the hotel at 11pm to find no sheets for my children! I had to share the double bed with them while my husband slept on the sofa with no sheets. I explained this to the receptionist the next morning who seemed to find it amusing! When she observed that I was far from satisfied, she offered me a bottle of wine. I was in a hurry to leave for the Eurotunnel and so I excepted, otherwise I would have requested to speak to the manager. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, purely out of convenience rather than comfort. Last year we arrived to find no record of our booking and the manager arranged a stay in a nearby hotel which is most annoying especially when you are tarvelling with children. I will not use the Hotel again.
