Host Natalie speaks perfect English. I had injured my foot and she was wonderful with chilling my freezer pack 2 or 3 times a day. She sent us to a marvelous restaurant in the hills for lunch. Natalie and her husband both speak English andthey couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. |
Can't say a negative thing about the service or the facility. |

1) Location was fantastic with restaurants out front and the Midieval town so close. 2) Environmental attention (heat and lights need card to work and option to not have towels replaced every day; 3) Loved the new windows and outside noise was never heard. |
The restriction against outside food and drinks. Virtually all hotels are ok with this. |
