The beauty of the building and furnishings. The friendly efficiency of the welcome. The food!
We booked another night before leaving. This will be, I think, our fifth. We wish we could travel by this route more often.

The food was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The owners English was excellent.
Our 2nd time stayong here, I'm sure we will visit again in future! Only possible improvement would be to put a local guide in the room of places of interest nearby etc..

The meals were excepptionally good and the staff polite and very welcoming especially in the dining room

The dinner was very good and excellent value. The receptionist was very pleasant and the dining room staff were efficient and friendly.
The double bed was too small and was uncomfortable.

The kindness of the staff in keeping the hotel open until we arrived much delayed at midnight and the friendly welcome on our arrival
Breakfast was a bit uninspiring, and the coffee was undrinkably awful - tasteless sludge!
