Seeing the room at a 25% cheaper price just before my stay

manque de meuble de rangement ds la chambre et ds la salle de bain,rien pour ranger les affaires

un pommeau de douche a l italienne ne donnant que de l eau froide . une receptionniste agressive et peu comprehensive

No face cloth. Plug in basin didn't work, made it difficult to shave. Outside area needs attention - the grass is full of weeds and makes the whole area look untidy and the walk through the golf course to get to the beach is very sad as the grass is so poorly kept

L’accueil n’était pas du tout satisfaisant (lent, pas de sourire ...) Ascenseur difficile d’accès Toilette sale Prise électrique ne marchait pas Petit Déjeuner Pauvre Nous avions demandé lors de la réservation d’être a cote de nos amis. Nous avons été placé au 3eme étage et eux au rez de chaussées !!! (sachant que nous sommes arrivés a 14h30)

climatisation, faudrait une voir deux prise electrique en plus

We felt that the grounds of the hotel were neglected,little things let it down,such as weeds in the paving and untidiness throughout the grounds. Some nice potted colour plants would do a lot to enhance the area outside the dining area and swimming pool.Tennis courts which our room overlooked were incredibly shabby, all in all this hotel could do a few simple things to make more of its self, as the location is excellent. It felt as if it was still closed down after the Winter.It is a nice walkway out towards the beach but this is spoilt by the fact that it is so unkept with weeds growing everywhere, it,s a maintenance job really and could so easily be corrected.
