I loved the amount of cleanliness and the location. |
The staff was not overly helpful. except for one or two staff members, they spoke little to no French (or English). Their overall knowledge of Paris was limited and I was left to my own defenses trying to get around the city. I would have done better to stay in a hostel. |
| Also, the staff has a dinner every evening, but only for the Korean staff and others (people staying there) but it felt very much like you were walking into a family dinner when you wanted to be in the lobby, excpet you were definitely not invited. |

Internet access was great. The location is great in terms of getting on the Metro as well as Le Sacre Couer. |
The rooms are a bit small and the lights in the hallways are difficult to find and can be very dark coming in late at night. |
| Overall, thank you for a nice stay. We mostly needed a place to rest our heads at night and it was perfect for the cost after a long exciting day seeing all of the sights in Paris. |
