Very close to the metro, lots of restaurants nearby. |
The room service and the front desk employee's attitude.
The fan was listed as a room amenity, but wasn't in the room. I had to request one from the front desk.

| One day my 2 towels were replaced with just 1. I asked the front desk person to give me 1 more towel. Although he spoke and understood English, he tried to pretend that he was having difficulties understanding my request. He said that he was offended by the tone of my voice (I was upset). He informed me that the conversation was over, and left. Extremely rude customer service - or lack thereof. I recommend this hotel because it's a good option for budget travelers, but don't expect any decent customer service. |

Very close to metro station |
You can hear through the walls so if you have a loud neighbor it can be problem, luckly I didn´t, I could hear the talk and noises but they went to bed early so it was ok. |
| Price vs Quality very reasonable, location in Paris is not soo good but very close to the metro station which makes it very easy to get everywhere you want. |

Le manque de choix au petit-déjeuner, en particulier de produits sans gluten.
Le manque d'accueil de la personne servant le petit-déjeuner (jamais aucun sourire). |
