Beautiful beach, excellent food, friendly staff. |
The hotel could use a bit of "freshing-up", but it seems that it will be happening anyway. |

Musique trop forte, mal choisie et inutile à la plage ! Endroit de repos non ? Que vient y faire la musique cubaine ?
La douche difficilement utilisable sans inondation de la salle de bain !

le bruit venant du casino et du restaiurant devant à côté, jusqu'à 2 h. du matin.
Le prix exhorbitant du petit déjeuner. |

Le calme et la proximité du centre |
Nous avions demandé 2 lits séparés et à notre arrivée nous avions un grand lit pour 2.
1 ère étage sur le toit du casino, vue pas fameuse sur la mer, pour le prix. |

| Juan les Pins is always a wonderful place for relax and have fun at the same time!!
The view from the hotel is breathtaking.
Rooms might need furniture and carpets renovations |

Friendly staff, rooms exactly as requested with interconnecting rooms and sea view for double room and twin room. |
Extremely noisy lift preventing a good nights sleep. The service of food and drinks on the beach was frindly but terribly slow at times, some drinks were sat on the bar for a while and we had to collect them ourselves. Breakfast was served in the downstairs function room and we enjoy breakfast outside as a family. Lots of building work making it generally quite noisy. |
| We are frequent visitors to this area as I have family living there, I understand that our stay was early in the season and alot of the noise was due to work being carried out on the hotel. |

Pleasant staff, especially young lady on Reception and
waitress on Breakfast duty. |
NO access to beach from hotel while staying. PLUS
noise from building - thankfully not over weekend.
Having to pay for use of swimming pool. Never had to
pay for this facility in other hotels where I have stayed
No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

to beach area - a little inconvenient.
First holiday for a long time, therefore, a little
disappointed. |
