l'emplacement, l'aménagement, les meubles, les commodités |
le fait qu'il n'y ait aucun interlocuteur à l'arrivée |
| à part les panier d'acceuil, le code wifi et la deuxième clé qui nous son parvenu qu'apres 3 jours (mais ce n'est pas un grand souci), tout était PARFAIT, je recommanderais vivement cette résidence et j'y reviendrai volontier!! MERCI |

It was very helpful to have tea, coffee, light snacks provided (especially after flights etc). Also very helpful to have washing powder and laundry basics available upon arrival. |
Minor thing, but the television had terrible reception.
Also sounds silly, but maybe some satchels of Salt/Pepper? |
| Overall, the apartment made our stay in Paris very memorable. It was lovely to have somewhere so well equipped to come home to at the end of the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, even with small things like organising a Taxi to the airport.
I've already recommended Bridgestreet to a number of work colleagues and relatives. Thank you again for making the stay so enjoyable. |

no telephone! Please give the option to have telephone service without getting a prepaid card. We got in late and I was unable to call my family and tell them we had arrived and how they could reach us. I could not even call your emergency line to ask for phone service. Very frustrating. |
