Quick check in, not too many forms to fill in, simple process. |
I asked for a taxi to be called the next morning for me to catch my flight form Olry airport. This was a special 'airport' car, and cost Euros 45. I would have preferred a local cab and cheaper service organised, or to have been asked if I wanted an execuitve car or normal taxi. |
| The room was a little bit dark, and light a bit yellow. I would look at improving the lighting in the room. The hallways and stairways were also a bit dark. |

Very good staff, helpful, pleasant. Convenient for Metro and tram, and the motor show halls. Good bars and restaurants in immediate area. |
Unable to offload luggage immediately outside hotel in designated drop off/ pick up place. Uniniviting public areas to hotel. Very Basic furnishings in public areas and room. |
