Courtyard, staff/service, amenities, attention to detail in room: reading lamp, toiletries, mirrors, cupboard space, window blind, good shower/toilet, Good location.
Cleanliness was fine except for the carpet. Replace with something more hygienic. |
I wasn't given a room overlooking the courtyard, with Frech windows, as promised on the website - I believe I would have been very happy with that.
The large group in the rooms around mine were extremely noisy from 5 am onwards. The wing should have been reserved exclusively for them. |
| If you allocate inferior rooms (the wing without balconies), I feel you should advise your clients accordingly.
I would recommend the hotel provisionally. |

| We loved staying at the hotel for just one night. After being on the water in a sail boat for three months your hotel was heaven!! |

| The information on Parking was not clear. For example, when we found the parking and parked we had to phone the hotel to find out how to get out.When we left the parking it took a while to find the control panel to open the door |

Rooms were absolutely filthy, beds were cheap and uncomfortable. If we hadn't been so tired when we arrived, we would have found somewhere else. |
