First of all, the warmness of the staff - always ready to help. Next, the charm of the hotel it self - the tranquility - despite being placed at a very popular tourist attraction spot, was very impressive and delightful experience. |

Nous avons appréciés le repas du soir,le carré d'agneau d'une grande tendresse et cuisiné digne d'un chef de bonne renommée et le tout bien accompagné.Merci. |

| Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu le petit déjeuner servi à la chambre ,enfin,mais en terrasse c'est pas mal du tout, évidemment le cadre est exeptionnel.

The location is great and a wonderful view. |
Service was complicated and not helpful. We had friends joining for breakfast, but it was not possible to have them be served a coffee, or a juce. Not even trying to find a friendly solution. So we had to move to the bar next door. |

We ate in the Restaurant. The food was very late arriving.11-00pm! Showers were not able to be used as they did not fix to the wall. Television did not work
in one room.There were not any soft drinks on arrival and they did not replenish the stock.At all !
surprising knowing we were staying for the weekend.

| Sadly, out stay did not match the photos on line.To stay in a hotel without coke or soft drinks and not to be botherd by it, seems not to care!
I love Cagnes-sur-mer, my son-in-law comes from here.I am dissapointed about the hotel,especially as we took 6 friends. |

je suis arrivée à 23h ainsi que je l'avais indiqué lors de ma réservation. personne n'était là pour m'attendre et j'ai dû chercher un autre hôtel en pleine nuit. c'est scandaleux. |
