The staff were very friendly, the internet available |
Cold showers for two of the days we stayed there.When this was mentioned at reception we were told there was nothing they could do. a cold shower is not a nice way to start the day when you are in paris and it is very cold outside! The room was dark and had water stains and dirt on the door that were not removed for the entirity of our stay. We payed for a superior room and it was not as nice as the other 3 superior rooms that others on our group had. we looked onto a rooftop and they looked over the street had light and more space. They should all be the same or we should have paid less for a normal room. |

Service de la réception impeccable. La chambre était petite mais très agréable, avec un calme absolu côté cour. |

Clean, comfortable room. Well decorated. Nice sitting area on the 1st floor. Excellent price and value! Discount parking was very helpful. |
| We understand the parking garage is not your responsibility, however it's the first impression a guest has when arriving to the hotel when driving. The parking garage elevator was broken and the stairwell was covered in human waste. Perhaps you can notify the officials who manage the parking garage. |

Impressive lobby and salon with internet access on first floor was lovely. Reception staff very polite and helpful. |
Bedroom was small and shabby and far from the pictures provided on the internet, toilet seat was loose, we could hear the people next door in the morning and there was a vent outside our bedroom that whirred intermittantly. |
| Hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced. |
