Nothing really

Constant unrelenting outside traffic noise added to in the early hours by people shouting outside when leaving clubs/pubs for the night.

I returned two days early (extra cost £200 plus an extra 4 hours trip for my husband to Lyon airport)) from a 4 day skiing trip because I could not sleep. Due to the layout of the hotel building you cannot get away from the constant noise. It was the worst 2 nights of my life. I left my husband there to ski as he could sleep a little better than me. I could not function. Very disappointed. Also the hotel took a payment of 405E 6 days before we arrived with no reason or notice. E-mailed to ask you why and have had no reply. Not impressed at all.
