la décoration et l'agencement de la salle de bain, la vue sur mer, la qualité des draps, la qualité de la literie, le confort de la moquette, la ponctualité du service du petit déjeuner ainsi que sa composition. |
La taille de la chambre, il manquait quelques mètres carré pour circuler aisément. |
| Très bonne nuit résultant du confort du matelas et de la chaleur dans la chambre. Les attentions telles que eau, café et thé à disposition sont appréciables. |

The location was amazing and the staff was extremely professional. Appreciated the beautiful room, the quiet and the general excellent and friendly service from all the staff. |
I would like to have had more coffee and cream in little containers instead of powdered milk.
I wasn't too pleased at the taxi not being able to drop me off at the hotel because of the big sale, but in retrospect that is not the hotels fault and it was ok. |
| The hotel was beautiful. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and I appreciated that they not only spoke French, but also Spanish and English.
The next time I am in Biarritz, which I hope will be soon, I will definitely stay at your hotel and recommend it to my friends.
I only gave you satisfying remarks for your Website, because your site does not do your hotel justice. It is even better in person. |

The view on the beach is spectacular.
The restaurant was quiet good and the team friendly, helpfull and charming also those young lady at the reception, when we checked out. |
The welcome at the arrival was unfriendly and no-one to show the room. It was very difficult to find a parking place for our Mercedes car - typ Viano. The way with the luggage was difficulty, no help.
We did not find the bed for our daughter, so the receptionist told us, we have to open it by ourselves and so we did this and this in **** Stars Hotel. |
| Every year in october we make a journey all over France. This year we stayed at 6 hotels and all the others were more satisfying than this one.
We could help ourselves because we know Biarritz and have friends there.Tip: Might be better to get some informations about the parking-situation in front of the stay. And for the young lady at the reception: "A friendly face can open hearts" and the first impression is the most importend for the whole stay! |
