Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms, quite big and lots of space for clothes and luggage. Great location. |
Every move and word of next door neighbour´s could be heard. Some sounds and movements were not very pleasant. "Patio view room" was actually a "wall view room" and that was a disappointment. |

The Hotel is excellently situated in Nice - very close to the sea and the pedestrian area. |
There is quite a lot of noise from the street if you have a room facing the street. |
| This was our fifth stay at the Hotel de Flore - we just love this hotel! |

One of the breakfast/cleaning staf not very polite.
Rats and pigeons on the terrace. |

We wanted to borrow some dishes/cutleryetc to have an early breakfast on the day of the Ironman race and everyone at the hotel was VERY helpful in facilitating this - much appreciated. |
Rooms were much smaller than expected. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice. |

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. It was cool during the day and at night and there was always plenty of hot water. It was very handy to have the Spar shop next door. |
However I could hear all the converstations in the next room and any running water vibrated in the walls. I was in room 217. |
| I did enjoy my stay at your hotel and it was very handy for the I.M race that I was taking part in. The only problem I had was the noise during the night as other guests came home from a night out. |
