Location was brilliant.
Lovely pool.
Good sized appartment. |
-The kitchen had a poor range of inferior quality utensils. No detergent or cleaning supplies were made available - we had to buy a whole box of dishwasher detergent.
-Old kitchen appliances.
-Sun canopy did not work and could not be fixed.
-We got locked out of our room for over an hour because our door malfunctioned and there was no spare key on site. |

the services should be improved especially on the following: tv channels with a really limited choice, staff coming into the room without knocking at the door, dvd player not included, internet not included and excessively expensive,...
access to the pool should be extended in the evening. |

No internet availability. |
| Maybe a list of restaurants close by that would be of interests to the guest and a strip map would be good. Also, a list of Wi-Fi zones/cafes if hotel internet is not available. |
