- The room facing the street side is quite noisy.
- Though the weather was very hot in late April 2011 (on around 28th April 2011), the air-conditioning with chilled water was not provided. This should have been mentioned clearly in the web-site in order not to mislead the customers.
- The swimming pool was not opened. |

La terrasse sur le toit, la terrasse voisine pour prendre un petit-déjeûner simple.
L'emplacement est idéal et les chambres correctes. |
Qu'un client monopolise la petite piscine avec un matelas pneumatique.
Qu'il n'y ait pas plus de chaînes de TV internationale. |

To get an old horrible room in the first place. Carpet was cigarette holes in it and walls etc was discusting and destroyed. Also too small. On internet everything looked very nice, and it is a 4 star...
We got a new room - but this should never been done in the first place. First impression is very iportant. We went to the swimming pool after arrival, and bar was not open. I went down to reception and asked if anyone could help me to get a red wine because the bar was closed. There were 4 persons standing there doing nothing, and they couldn't even do this. I had to go down in the restaurant and buy it, and bring it myself to the top floor.. Funny when it says 24 hours room service... But no other service at all(!) |
