Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Bed was comfortable. My daughter and I felt very safe in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. |
| Overall: very pleased with the hotel and would definately visit again or reccommend to a friend who is looking for somewhere to stay for a few days while in Paris. |

very friendly staff members, the fact that we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, so we could pick it up later. |

toilet dirty when arrived and not cleaned during entire stay. underneath bed sheets the bed was full of hair. left this for chambermaid to see but remained untouched.room very dusty |
