Reception was always helpful. Breakfast was great. It was very close to many eating outlets.It was reasonably close to train and bus connections. |

The location, the helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness of the room |
There was no safe in the room, the fridge was broken, the shower was awkward (shower head in the middle of the wall and too short and the tub clogged a lot), and the TVs didn't work. |
| Overall, we were very satisfied and would have given the hotel an 'excellent rating' if not for some of the issues with the room (as listed in 'things you did not appreciate') |
