Every one was polite. and friendly. The rooms were great. and clean. The garden where we had breakfast was beautiful and such a lovely way to start the day.The location is perfect.The maps you gave out were very helpful. |
I did not get proper information about the 'plage'. It would have helped to be told that I could go there and pay for a bed and umbrella at the private beach and what the cost was. Also, no one seemed to know if the Russian Cathedral was or wasn't open. Three different people gave me three different answers. |

Very helpful staff in all areas, they made us feel welcome.
The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom
It was great to have a fridge in the room
We also liked the very pleasant garden |
One of our rooms did not have a bathroom door for 2 days, no explanation was given! The toilet got blocked in our room. we reported this in the morning but still had to wait over an hour in the evening to get back in the room as it was still being fixed.
There is an unfortunate smell of drains in the lobby area and by the breakfast room |
| This was overall a great holiday. the hotel is very close to the beach, the station, places to eat and mini supermarkets.I would definitely go back |

Staff was very helpful, outdoor breakfast seating was wonderful! |
Nothing, very nice stay. |

Friendliness of all staff. Relaxed atmosphere in hotel. Location. Pretty garden area. |
Small size of classic bedroom. Noisy. Very basic. No little extras such as individual soaps, shampoos,etc. Bathroom was very small. Was disappointed. |
| Public areas of hotel nicely refurbished since our last visit but bedrooms fairly basic. We asked to upgrade to a Comfort room which was larger and much quieter with more of a view. It was worth paying the extra 20 euros a night for the upgrade. Bathroom was much better. |

convenient to city. we stayed here a number of years
ago and know Nice well.Staff were welcoming but our room on arrival was not. It appeared to me to be a single roomwith a double bed. Too small and noisy
We opened the bathroom door and it struck the wardrobe door--claustrophobic!.

We complained and were moved to a very nice room at the rear,however we were charged a further 100 euros for the privilege. |
| I think the management shouldcheck their room sizes and advise visitors beforehand more accurately-- even provide proper photos on the web |
